About Us
 Formed in 1994, Infrastructure Engineers provides engineering
services in the areas of bridge design, roadway design, preliminary engineering studies and bridge inspection. Additionally, the company provides services in underwater bridge inspection. With multiple offices spread across the United States including Florida, Nevada, Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania and South Carolina, Infrastructure Engineers has sustained a 20% growth rate since its inception, and has exciting opportunities for its employees and clients. The company was recently recognized as one of the top 150 fastest growing engineering firms on the 2011 Hot Firm List by Zweig White.
David R. Reser, PE, Chief Executive Officer
 Mr. Reser founded Infrastructure Engineers in 1994, to pursue transportation design projects in Florida and inspection projects nationwide. He has over 24 years experience as a civil/structural engineer in the areas of project management, bridge design, analysis and evaluation of bridges and marine structures, underwater inspection and marine construction. Mr. Reser also has extensive experience managing complex projects involving coordination with consultants across the nation.
Mr. Reser is exceptionally capable of ensuring compliance with project budgets and established schedules. His BS in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and MBA from Boston University provides the basis for exercising sound business decisions on complex projects. He has a demonstrated ability to maintain design team focus and meet project goals.
